Got this from my mail a few days ago and it says that Zicam Cold Remedy was formulated to shorten the duration of the common cold and was not formulated to be effective for flu or allergies.

Never tried this sample since all of us in our house are all fine (thank God) :-)

I will just put this in our medicine box :-)

Crystal light energy citrus

Got this sample a few days ago. Just empty 1 packet to a tall glass of water and walaaaaaa, taste good, it has s 4 flavor but the sample a got is a citrus.
